The procedure is as follows;

The client is fully clothed on a treatment table. At the same time, the practitioner places her hands on or slightly above the body in certain areas of the head, torso, and feet, paying special attention to any problematic areas. You may feel heat from the practitioners' hands, sensations of enrgy as it flows through your body, tingling, waves of emotion or you may receive the energy without any noticeable physical experiences. Reiki is still working and continues to work after you leave.

Don't worry if you fall asleep. Most people do. It just means the Reiki is doing it's magic.

Do you feel a connection with Mother Earth?  She keeps us grounded and supplies us with everything we need for our survival. Crystals are the fruit of the earth. Crystal Reiki works by combining the power of Reiki with the natural properties of crystals. 

The use of crystals amplify the Life Force Energy flowing through you.  Their unique vibrational energies can direct and enhance the flow of Reiki to specific regions. Crystals contain minerals and the energy of Earth. 

The practitioner will scan the body with her hands placing crystals in areas that may need attention and along the 9 main chakras. The procedure then follows the process of Usui Reiki.

Chakras are our centers of consciousness. They hold the energy of our thoughts, memories, emotions, traumas, and experiences.

Chakra balancing is a process of clearing blockages and bringing the chakras to flow at a healthy rate. The health of your chakras and energy field determines how you feel. 

After a brief meeting, the practitioner scans and determines which chakras are blocked or out of balance. Then I proceed to clear and balance by channeling the Universal Life Force Energy to 9 main chakras while, at the same time, giving a Reiki treatment.

Boundaries, time, or space do not confine Reiki.  The way that we experience space and time is not how space and time exist. We live in a linear timeline: We transcend space and time with Reiki. Reiki is  energy. A go-to metaphor is about love. You can love someone oceans away. You can feel that person’s energy even if they’re not in front of you.

I perform distant Reiki as if you are in the treatment room with me, going through every step. We will set up a date and time (allow 1 hour) for the session. I will need a photo of you and your location via email. At the specified time, you will lie down in a quite, comfortable space. I will call or email after the session has ended with information on the results.
