Reiki, (ray-kee) known as Universal Life Force Energy, is a powerful yet subtle energy that lives and flows inside all living things. This energy can develop blockages and imbalances due to stress, physical, or emotional trauma. 

Stress is our bodys' reaction to challenges in work, relationships, past traumas, money, beliefs and emotions. Over time this can lead to physical or mental illness.

My name is Paula Peacock. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher.  Since the mid-1990s, I have studied many energy healing modalities such as; The Healing Touch, Quantum Touch, Chios Energy Healing, Crystal Reiki, and Holy Fire Reiki. 

After studying Usui Reiki under 4 different Masters, I began practicing Reiki on my own in 2018.  I continue to learn and grow as a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher.

At Sacred Life Reiki, I believe that everybody is a beautiful, sacred living being who has a purpose and plays an important role in this life on Earth. To achieve what we came here to do we should strive to keep our bodies of this Sacred Life fine-tuned to the life force energy that flows through and around every living thing on Earth and the Universe. My goal is to help clients tap into their inner wisdom and access what our bodies are trying to tell us. I approach each session with compassion, respect, and a deep understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection.
